Terms of Use

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ask Theia, and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to buy a subscription. By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

For entertainment and self-reflection

Your chart and readings are provided for guidance, self-reflection, and entertainment. They are not professional advice, and they are not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, or financial guidance from a qualified professional. Do not rely on a reading to make important decisions.

Your account

You can create a chart without an account. To subscribe, you need to sign in with your email, and your subscription belongs to that account. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account. You can delete your data at any time from the account menu. Deleting your data ends an active subscription, and the rest of the paid period is not refunded.

Free and paid features

Your birth chart, personal reading, daily reading, and your first question to Theia are free. A subscription adds unlimited questions to Theia, within a fair use limit of 100 questions a day. Current prices are on the Pricing page.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Inflow Pay SAS (France), which sells the subscription to you as our reseller and merchant of record. It takes the payment and calculates and collects sales tax or VAT, and its name may appear on your card statement. Prices do not include tax; checkout adds the tax that applies where you live.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically at the current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the account menu. Your subscription then stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. We will email you before a yearly subscription renews and before any price change. A new price applies only from a billing period that starts after that notice.

Refunds

We don’t refund a billing period that has already started, including unused time. If you were charged twice, or a problem on our side kept you from using what you paid for, email support@asktheia.app within 30 days of the charge and we will refund that payment.

If you live in the EU, the UK, or another country that gives you 14 days to cancel an online purchase, you agree that your subscription starts right away, and you acknowledge that this right to cancel ends once it starts. Details are in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the law where you live.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, access it through automated means, or use it to harm others. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decisions you make based on a reading, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. If you use Ask Theia as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a dispute before the courts there.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will tell you about material changes before they apply to a paid subscription. Continued use means you accept the current version.
