What counts as a question?
Every message you send to Theia, follow-ups included. With a subscription you can ask as many as you like, within a fair use limit of 100 a day.
What stays free if I cancel?
Your birth chart, your reading, and the daily reading. You can keep asking Theia until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I cancel?
Open the account menu and cancel in one step. Your subscription won't renew, and you keep access until the paid period ends.
Can I get a refund?
We don't refund a billing period that has already started. If you were charged twice or something went wrong on our side, email support@asktheia.app within 30 days of the charge and we'll refund it.
Why is the total at checkout higher?
Prices don't include sales tax or VAT. Checkout adds the tax that applies where you live.
